What advisory does not cover

We advise; we don't file. Filing a Bill of Entry or Shipping Bill, and representing you before Customs, needs a licensed Customs Broker under CBLR 2018, so that stays with your CHA. We work alongside them and give you a written opinion they can use. Our opinions are professional advice, not a binding ruling: for legal certainty on a classification, apply for an Advance Ruling (CAAR), which we can help you prepare.
