Terms of Service

These terms apply to EximSetu, the AI-powered trade compliance platform at eximsetu.com (the "Service") provided by Matvextrade ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. What the Service does

The Service uses artificial intelligence to suggest Indian Customs Tariff (ITC-HS) classifications, estimate duties, and list possible policy and compliance requirements for products you describe or photograph.

2. Suggestions only, not professional advice

All output is an AI-generated suggestion. It is not legal, customs or tax advice, and it is not a ruling by any authority. Duty rates, notifications and policies change often and the Service may be wrong or out of date. You are responsible for verifying every classification and rate with a licensed customs broker, the official tariff and notifications, or an Advance Ruling (CAAR) before filing any document or making a business decision.

3. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any duty, penalty, interest, demurrage, detention, seizure, delay, lost profit or other loss arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

4. Accounts and fair use

Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person or business. Do not share accounts, resell output as your own service, scrape the Service, or attempt to bypass usage limits. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

5. Plans and payments

Prices are shown before 18% GST, which is added at checkout. Monthly and yearly plans are prepaid for the stated period and do not renew automatically. Reports not used in a plan period expire at its end. One-time reports do not expire. Each report covers one product, including its clarifying and follow-up questions, up to the message limit shown in the app. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of photos and information you upload. You give us permission to process them to provide the Service. Do not upload content you don't have the right to share.

7. Changes

We may update the Service, prices or these terms. Price changes do not affect a plan you have already paid for. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of Matvextrade's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
