Shipping and Delivery Policy

EximSetu sells digital services only. No physical goods are shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

How you receive what you buy

• Delivery is instant and online. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the reports are added to your EximSetu account, usually within a few seconds.
• Reports are generated on screen when you run a lookup, saved in your account history, and can be downloaded as a PDF.
• GST invoices are available in your Account page right after payment.

Validity

• One-time reports don't expire.
• Monthly and yearly plans are valid for 1 month or 1 year from the payment date. Unused reports expire at the end of the period, unless you renew the same plan before it ends, which carries them over.

If something goes wrong

If your payment succeeded but reports don't appear within 30 minutes, email support@eximsetu.com with your registered email and Razorpay payment ID. We'll add them or refund you in full.
