Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Matvextrade collects and uses personal data for EximSetu (eximsetu.com), in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google.
• Lookups: product photos, descriptions, shipment details and the answers generated, so you can see your history.
• Billing: name, business name, address, state, GSTIN, invoice email and (optionally) mobile number you give at checkout. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
• Usage: basic technical logs needed to run and secure the Service.
• Marketing (only if you tick the box): we use your email and mobile to send EXIM tips, duty-change alerts and offers. You can withdraw consent anytime by using the unsubscribe link or emailing us; this does not affect your purchases.

How we use it

To provide lookups, keep your history, apply your plan limits, issue GST invoices, meet legal and tax obligations, prevent abuse, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your data.

Who processes it

• Anthropic (AI model): your photos and questions are sent to generate answers.
• Supabase (login and database) and Hostinger (website hosting).
• Razorpay (payments).
• Google Analytics (website statistics): uses cookies to count visits, pages viewed, the device and approximate location, and purchases. It does not receive your photos, lookups or what you type into the free tools.

Some of these providers may process data outside India.

How long we keep it

Lookups are kept while your account is active. Invoice and payment records are kept for the period required by GST law. You can ask us to delete your account and lookups at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
